The Careers tab requires you to edit 9 content areas for a job posting. I also want to point out that LinkedIn does charge to place these job posts on relevant candidate's profiles. For example, posting in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for 30 days is $195.00. This tab area doesn't allow any RSS feeds currently. You can add your company's blog RSS feed to your profile, it just won't be located under the Careers tab. This can be done when you are logged in as an Admin and you Edit your company's profile. The option is under the Overview tab near the bottom of the page. If don't care about showing your entire blog feed and you'd like to feature your job postings for free in an RSS feed format, simply add your available jobs RSS feed to your company RSS section.
