We only charge for time you use, and we have two plans available depending on the level of service you need. With a Pay/Go account you maintain a balance and we work when needed. On average, tickets are scheduled with a 7-day lead time for most requests. Emergency requests can be actionable within as little as 4 hours, but are subject to emergency rate pricing. Under our monthly programs, we schedule time each week to be available to you and/or work on your projects.
