Able Hose & Rubber is an expanding business that needed a new website to go with its new facility. The company’s main goal for its PowerSite was to increase awareness about its products and bring in new customers from the local area.
To accomplish this, our team created a PowerSite branded with the Able Hose colors and tagline. Our goal for the home page was to make it easy to contact Able Hose & Rubber and to request project quotes. To accomplish this, we:
- Created informative slides on the homepage to lead customers to different key areas throughout the site, such as contact a representative, see certified equipment and learn more about the company.
- Added three “mini-features” that serve as calls to action for customers to browse hosing products, view coupling products or request a quote. Included a sliding area of testimonials from satisfied clients.
The tagline “Call Us, We’re Able” also is used in various areas with links to the Contact Us page, so prospects can initiate a connection from virtually anywhere on the site. . To educate customers why Able Hose & Rubber is the right candidate for any hosing job in the Twin Cities, the PowerSite also has an About Us page as well as company history, and product and certification information.
Another specific goal of the company was to transition its print and fax forms into online versions for a smoother application process. The site encourages interested customers to request a quote or apply for credit with its easy, step-by-step printable or online forms.
The entire Credit Application form was recreated using the PowerSite’s form plug-in to create special features, such as specific client information, an electronic signature and questions about bank references. All this information is sent directly to Able Hose & Rubber and stored within its PowerSite, ensuring safe storage and customer privacy.
The new PowerSite makes establishing a relationship with Able Hose & Rubber easier and more professional, which should attract many new customers.
